What it's like to study Criminology @ SGS College Imagine securing 50% of your a level grade after only a year of studying...Criminology allows you to do this! Criminology is a compelling subject covering many different types of crimes, a variety of case studies, theories behind criminality and more. It varies from other a level subjects as you have the opportunity to understand crime in society whilst also considering a criminals POV towards how and why they commit crime.  @ SGS College you sit controlled assessments in December (2nd year) and January (1st year) where you are tested on your ability to write long formatted essays from notes obtained from class. In Year 1 your creative ability is also tested when you are required to make a campaign-for-change.
